Terms & Conditions of “Win an AV Project” prize draw

1 Definitions: –
a. “AV” / “the Company” means Africa & Asia Venture Ltd of 13 Petworth Road, Haslemere, Surrey GU27 2JB, United Kingdom
b. “AV Project” means the Company’s project in Kenya detailed from time to time on the Company’s website – www.aventure.co.uk
c. “The Prize Draw” means the prize draw detailed in these terms and conditions;
d. “The Winner” is the person who wins the Prize Draw in accordance with these terms and conditions.

2 The Prize Draw
a. To enter, people must send their name and e-mail address to the Company (av@aventure.co.uk).
b. Entries must be received by midnight (GMT) on 30 November 2021.
c. All valid entries will go into a hat and the Winner’s name will be drawn from the hat by the Managing Director of AV, no later than 7 December 2021.
d. AV will notify the Winner no later than 14 December 2021.
e. The Winner will be able to choose any AV Project starting no later than 30 June 2023.
f. What’s included and not included: all pre-departure information and support, an in-country induction course, accommodation and food throughout (except during independent travel element of the AV Project), 24/7 in-country back-up and support and any adventure activities as detailed in the itinerary on the Company’s website are included. Flights, visas, medical / travel insurance, additional activities you choose to do and spending money are not included.

3 The Prize Draw is open to residents of any country but the Winner must be aged between 17 and 25 at the start date of the AV Project he / she chooses to embark upon.

4 If the Winner cancels or withdraws from a chosen AV Project, he / she shall not be entitled to switch to another AV Project except at the sole discretion of the Company.

5 The Winner may not give, transfer, sell etc the AV Project to another person.

6 The Winner will be required to complete AV’s standard application procedure.

7 The Winner’s participation in his chosen AV Project will be subject to the Company’s standard terms and conditions as well as these terms and conditions.
