Terms & Conditions of AV’s 25th birthday “AV Safari” offer

1. Definitions: –
   1. “AV” / “the Company” means Africa & Asia Venture Ltd of 13 Petworth Road, Haslemere, Surrey GU27 2JB, United Kingdom;
   2. “AV Qualifying Program” means any of the Company’s programs in East Africa (Kenya, Malawi, Tanzania and Uganda) extending for 5 weeks or longer starting no later than 1 October 2020;
   3. “The Offer” means the offer detailed in these terms and conditions;
   4. “The Offeree” means the person or people who accept the Offer in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
2. The Offer
   1. To be eligible, people must: – 
      1. apply for an AV Qualifying Program;
      2. complete AV’s standard application procedure;
      3. be accepted onto the AV Qualifying Program by the Company.
   2. The Offer comprises a three-day, two night safari in East Africa at the end of the AV Qualifying Program.
3. The Offer is open to residents of any country but the Offeree must be aged between 17 and 25 at the start date of the AV Qualifying Program.
4. If the Offeree cancels or withdraws from the AV Qualifying Program, he will not be entitled to claim the Offer.
5. The Offeree may not give, transfer, sell etc the Offer to another person.
6. The Offeree’s participation in his chosen AV Qualifying Program will be subject to the Company’s standard terms and conditions as well as these terms and conditions.
7. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer, prize, promotion or discount that the Company may offer at any time.
