Terms & Conditions of AV’s Black Friday, 23 Nov ’18 – 50% discount on AV Vouchers

1. Definitions: –
   1. “AV” / “the Company” means Africa & Asia Venture Ltd of 13 Petworth Road, Haslemere, Surrey GU27 2JB, United Kingdom;
   2. “AV Voucher(s)” means pre-paid voucher(s) issued by the Company from time-to-time that may only be credited against the cost of an AV Program;
   3. “Qualifying AV Program(s)” means any of the programs offered by the Company starting after 30 April 2019 and lasting for at least 12 weeks;
   4. “The AV Voucher Black Friday Offer” / “The Offer” means the offer detailed in these terms and conditions;
   5. “Participant” means anyone travelling with the Company and taking part in a Qualifying AV Program;
   6. “The Standard Terms & Conditions of Issue of AV Vouchers” means the standard terms and conditions of issue of AV Vouchers as amended from time to time and a copy of which can be requested from the Company.

2. The Offer
   1. Subject to these terms and conditions and The Standard Terms & Conditions of Issue of AV Vouchers, AV Vouchers purchased specifically towards the cost of Qualifying AV Programs will be available at a 50% discount.
   2. The AV Voucher Black Friday Offer is only available for Qualifying AV Programs.
   3. The AV Voucher Black Friday Offer is only available for AV Vouchers purchased after 22 November 2018 and before 1 January 2019.
   4. The maximum value of AV Vouchers that may be credited to any one Participant AND any one Qualifying AV program is £500.
   5. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer, prize, promotion or discount that the Company may offer at any time.
