Dear AV,

Katharine returned last week after a most wonderful experience with AV in Africa.  This is just a short note to thank you for the excellent organisation that you have in place that seems to manage both to ensure real direct benefits are felt in the schools and that the AVs themselves gain immensely from the whole experience.

We were impressed by your overall planning, advance preparation, and the "orientation" course before they went to the school.  Your ongoing light touch guidance that was available as and when needed, notably from Lynette von Kaufmann in Nairobi, was thoroughly reassuring - as much for the AVs as for parents back home!!

Our younger (16) daughter is perusing AV options for 2012/2013 already!
