· To help us support you during your time with us.

· To allow your hosts at your project to use your talents to maximum effect.

· To assist us with your evaluation of our performance and to keep in touch with you for as long after your time with us as you are content fort us to do so or if you wish us to provide a reference for you.

This means that we will pass your data to our offices and representatives overseas, and will pass limited data on your name, age, interests, academic qualifications to the school or project and your photograph.

We will not sell the information contained on the database or contained in paper documents, to other organisations except where required by law.

We may collect information that you give to us in consultations, surveys, competitions or questionnaires. We may share non-personal statistical, or summary information with organisations working in partnership with us, such as the Year Out Group

We do not use cookies for collecting personal information and we will not collect any information about you except that required for administration of the web server.
