Nigel Warren

Africa Director in Nairobi

Nigel was brought up and educated in Kenya and Tanzania. He spent 29 years in the Gurkhas, serving in Malaysia, Borneo, Sarawak, Brunei, Hong Kong, Germany, UK and Kenya, where he finally hung up his boots in 1993 and launched AV with Peter. He and his wife, Liza, now live permanently in Nairobi. They have two grown up children. Nigel Loves travelling and is a fluent Kiswahili and Nepali speaker. He still finds time to play golf, do a bit of fly-fishing and catch the odd sailfish, as well as keep fit.
