Lynette was originally from the Lake District. She took a degree in Food Science at Leeds University where she met her husband, Ralph. Ralph had been raised in Kenya and that's where they settled straight after university. Lynette has lived, worked and brought up 3 children, in Kenya, Botswana, Nigeria and Ethiopia. She joined Africa Venture 10 years ago and loves tennis (Club Champion 2005!), squash, Scottish dancing and, above all, sorting out AVs' medical problems!
