Charles Mbaabu

Language Teacher and Guide Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania

Born and educated at the foot of Mount Kenya, Charles became a (Kiswahili) language teacher in 1984. He and his wife, Lucy, have worked with many NGOs, foreign embassies, high commissions and volunteer organisations since then. They have 5 children, aged from 17 to 22, and now live in Nairobi. Charles has been working with AVs since 1994 and is a ‘legend' with every one of them, as far as we can see. Apart from his family, Charles' passion is talking about politics...you have been warned!
