Notes:
1. If you bring 15 people or more, plus yourself, you – the group leader – pay us nothing for the adventure itself. We will credit your personal bank account with the amount shown in column (d) as soon as your group
2. If you bring between 4-15 people, plus yourself, you – the group leader – only have to pay us the amount shown in column (d) before your departure.
3. Everyone, including the group leader, must pay for his or her airline ticket, Kenya, Mexico or Thailand Visa and travel insurance.
4. Discounts to group leaders are based on the numbers in the group who arrive in Nairobi, Mexico or Bangkok on Day 1 of the AV Adventure, not on initial bookings. Group leaders will lose the discount for anyone in their group that drops out for any reason. For example, if you are expecting a discount of £400 for the 6 people you have persuaded to come with you, and one of them drops out before the departure to Kenya, you will only receive a discount for the 5 people left i.e. £300. In other words, instead of paying us £1495 for your AV Adventure, you would have to pay us £1595.
