    This year Africa & Asia Venture, the gap year volunteer organisation, turns 18! Just like your 18th we want to celebrate but instead of receiving presents we're giving one away!

    Win an AV ProjectWe are offering you the chance to win aplace on an AV project of your choice worth up to £3,490 / $5,235!*

    This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to join an AV project, on us! Our projects range from 5 weeks to 5 months and include teaching, sports coaching and community work in Africa, Asia and Latin America. Included in the prize is all pre-departure information and support, an in-country induction course, accommodation and meals during the project phase, 24/7 in-country back-up etc. The offer does not include flights, visas, travel insurance or spending money.

    The Competition

    Simply tell us exactly why you want to volunteer with AV! Complete the following sentence IN NO MORE THAN 100 WORDS: "I would like to volunteer in the developing world with Africa & Asia Venture because..." EMAIL YOUR ANSWER TO: av@aventure.co.uk together with your name, date of birth, country of residence and how you heard of this competition.

    *Terms and Conditions apply. The competition is open to anyone aged 18-25 at the start of their chosen project. The competition closes at midnight (GMT) on 29th February 2012.
